Yes this is interesting reading, however, it really makes me question the amount of research required to truly unwind the secrets of the gene and get to viable applications derived from the human genome project. Just selling access to data bases will not support the current valuations. How long will it take to move through proteomics? Are we 12 years away from viable compounds?
