TVL jumped .10 today to close at 1.20 cdn, on vol of 55K. Why? news release that 3 mil.warrants from CIBC (Bank of Commerce) underwriter have been issued, at $.90 exercise price. This does not show up in the market charting. But it does dilute the stock by 3 million shares newly issued from the treasury, as I see it. last week, inventor tim collings received a BC innovation award for his v-chip device.
