Negative response from the marketplace. J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. downgraded its rating to "market perform" from "buy." They said the downgrade was based on price and regulatory clearance risk associated with the proposed acquisition of a 51% stake in German-based Kali and Salz AG. They said the stock "appears to have more downside than upside potential" in the near term. FYI. Laima
