I believe there are approximately 6.5 million shares outstanding. The reverse split brought the number from 22 million to 5.5 million. Concurrently, the company did another offering of 1 million. Total: 6.5 million. Regarding the D on the ticker symbol: D designates a new Nasdaq listing. It is my understanding that the letter is dropped from the ticker after a certain time period, assuming various listing requirements are met.
