Watson General names Dan Cook CEO LAKEWOOD, Colo., Nov 5 (Reuters) - Watson General/USTMAN Corp said on Wednesday Dan Cook will become chief executive officer of the company in addition to his duties as president, effective at the end of November. Cook replaces Ronald Crane, who has resigned to pursue other business opportunities and will be available to the company on a consulting basis for special assignments, the company said in a statement. Crane has been chief executive officer of Watson General Corp since 1994, the company said.
