I've been spinning some of the scans in qp that you and others have posted. It takes three to four minutes for my Pentium-133 to run Richard's BBB or the x-bird. Is that what you would expect for the 10K qp database? The conversion/update from qp to mswin goes like greased lightning. Still digesting the ms manuals.

I deleted the first line (MovAvg(0,5,cl)-MovAvg(0,13,cl))>0 from the x-bird scan since I think its action is duplicated by the 4th line MovAvg (0,5,cl)>MovAvg (0,13,cl). Interesting that the follow-up birdwatch scan yields an extra hit (28 stocks instead of 27) if the two conditions are combined into a single <= line!!??
