Former ROTC holder speaking up...I am in the doghouse on this one, I made good profits, but don't like IHS's plan of action Re: urban areas...these are the areas ROTC prudently, IMHO, stayed out of. Might be accretive alright because of lower debt payments, but I for one am looking to build a position in another fast grower...perhaps ESRX, Express Scripts...see SI thread for comments. IHS got here by buying up companies and not really by profits, and it's run by a MD of all people!
