Well, I think that is what is happening.
It's scary by itself right now with not knowing what's going on, no update from the Co. and not knowing why Bateman are not on board 100% as of yet, (if that's true).
But, the PR Bateman put out was very positive and from that I can't see them backing out. The entry cost is probably very cheap, and if it wasn't for my suspicious mind, I would say that there is stock manipulation going on right now that would make it beneficial for Bateman if the price stays low.
The last PR did say they have nailed a process for copper right? - that means tested and proven and ready for contract. Bateman would get their investment back on one deal, so I don't think they are the problem, unless they are tying for the farm! I've seen Bateman operate with other cos and they kept things pretty straight, so I feel good about them.
If anything else, it's something internal at EMR that's going on and the reason for not having the pp done. Might be someone who is pissed off at seeing his investment being diluted even more. Has happened before! - denis
