Last filing on FreeEdgar was a 10QSB on 11/98, see freeedgar.com. Or look at freeedgar.com and register if you need to, it is FREE and a good help.. Jim, I am suppose to get an e-mail from freeedgar when a company I have on my watch list makes a filing but that has not came nor is it listed at freeedgar.com. WHERE did you see this?
