Last time I took it to the shop and he had to reformat the drive. I don't have the win. 98 disk all I have is the win 95 disk that have from my other pc. The laptop was a gift and win. 98 was on it when I got it so I don't have the 98. I have tried turning the laptop on with the 95 disk in it but it still doesn't do it. Lamar
