Lane, they pretty much said many insurance companies do try their BEST to avoid paying, and make them spend WAY too many hours fighting with them. From what I know about HIPA there is no way they will give me specific patient data (IMO), so I don't know if I can give you specifics on particular cases, but they were pretty clear on the point. John
