Hi Merritt,

Sounds like my recent experiences with telephone companies.<G> One upon a time there was Ma Bell. Then there was Bell Atlantic. But there was competition for long distance. Now they are competing for everything, including internet. I pay Ma Bell (AT&T) for internet, calling card, and cell phone. Bell Atlantic local calls, AOL for long distance. AT&T rep came to my office last week, to solicit me to use them for intrastate long distance, and a 1(800) number. Also, I see that I could use Teligent for everything, at least at my office, using a little antenna on the roof.
