Hi Fargo,

Yes, OIH does follow the price of oil, but also fear of Mideast tensions, and an improving economy increases demand for oil.

More than anything though, I was looking for an issue to get to know very well for a considerable amount of time, ...years. Oil is obviously a limited resource than will become more and more valuable over time, so I feel that will give OIH an upward bias than one can play for a considerable time. That's the plan anyway.

I am no charting guru, but it seems that the price of OIH follows the stochastics very closely.
