Decided to step up and add a few shares this past week to my stub CAH (Cardinal Health) position. Low p/sales of .12 (in past years often .2-.6 avg). Low p/e, 10-11 vs. normal yearly average maybe 16+, and similarly, low p/bk now.
All this could be quite irrelevant though. I don't know if CAH will be a gainer or a loser if USA health reform passes. And the proposals aren't yet clarified by the Congress.
The brilliant founder and builder of CAH recently retired; the new guy is yet to be proven in his position.
