One month libor down to 1.62%. We have a loan for work that is based on 1-month libor plus 2.25%, the boss was in a mild panic in October when the combined rate hit nearly 7% which is where the P&I would have reset to a higher all interest payment.

In just a couple of weeks the combined rate is now back down to 3.87% which is lower than it was when we funded the loan in July. The credit markets have been crazy to say the least.
