Craig,

I am traveling and was unable to listen to the call. My thoughts re Q1 are that I did not anticipate [but would have liked to seen] sequential quarterly growth as Q1 has tended to represent less than 25% of annual revenues in the last several years and Q4 97 was quite strong. I was however, dissapointed with the flat year over year EPS as the additional revenue was unable to produce incremental income. Either the expense base is too high, or the plan has to be to continue to grow the top line which did not happen [ sequentially ]. I actually had thought there was better than a 50-50 chance for an upside surprise on EPS if the revenue came in ~$31m . As Cramer would say Wrong !

An out of favor company like CNT will not become an interesting investment story until they are able to generate accelerating advances in top line growth which demand investors attention.

Just my take.

Neil
