Incremental growth in consumption in the marketplace ultimately is what really results in jobs. You can incrementally consume more by incomes rising more than your costs of living or by being able to borrow more.. Today neither is working well for more Americans than at any time since the Depression era.. Unlike the depression when we had deflation, the well off were decimated and no safety net today there is a safety net and costs of housing, utilities, transportation, health care, education ect.. have been rising far more than income while the wealth gap continues to widen.

Is certainly a much bigger multiple to excess consumption by having government spend on labor and infrastructure here at home than needless wars and destruction overseas. Really Rand Paul about the only one on the GOP side I can take seriously at this point.. The shrinking middle class might disappear if current trends continue..
