My Dear Christine, I might have had two Microbrews but at least I know who I am talking to! What are you smoking? Your point 1. I said I agree with this, except I believe it makes up a very low percentage of the total teenage pregnancy number. Your point 2. Yes many things have changed. We stopped caring about standards of conduct. Things like fidelity in marriage got cast aside for instant gratification. So we have many more families torn apart. Hence many Fatherless young women. So you and your liberal friends decided that the state should provide all the nurturing and guidance that the family used to provide. Teenage pregnancy being one fallout of that failed philosophy. Other things have changed as well, we stopped teaching kids right from wrong in are public schools. Caring more about their Self esteem then their self! 2+2=5 as long as it makes you feel good hun. Your point 3. Isn't it convenient of you just to cite statistics which fit your point of view and dismiss the rest. Your point 4. I'm glad you feel that way. It's too bad the NEA doesn't and they force many parents to send their children to Sex education classes. Your point 5. Your right about the first part. It's just too bad many girls don't have fathers today or religious instructions. Too many RELIGIONAPHOBICS I guess. Are you advacating it now! Your point 6. Why don't we ensure we accomplish the basics first before we add other questionable instructions? Are litteracy rate is the worst it's been in 20 years! It would be different if we were accomplishing the first. WE ARE NOT! Your point 7. And who will decide who these children are who need your indoctrination? You? or the NEA? or the state? and how do they do it Miss Christine. Come snooping into people's homes. Tell me the details. OH! I can see it now, some beauracrat working for say the Child Welfare Protection Agency, bypassing all the laws of the Constitution comes waltzing into your home telling you, your a lousy parent and need Sex education for your children. Give me a break! Your point 8. No Christine the burden of proof lays at your shoulder if you are going to force children to go to Sex education. You should first prove that it Works!
