Well then John, it sounds like you have some great causes to donate your charitable contributions to. I seem to recall hearing about many charities that help people pay for their heating fuel.

Just don't try to tell me that I am responsible for the plight of people other than myself. I do donate to my church and to other charities. I accept personal responsibility for those charities whose good work I agree with. I do not lobby government to donate for me and send you the bill.
