Regarding volume this a.m., investor relations said Dominion Securities came out with a
buy rating this a.m. I've never heard of them but since all the action has been on the
Toronto exchange I assume it is a Canadian analyst.

Several large blocks crossed by Wood Gundy here in Canada between $8.20 and
$8.50 CDN. Something is up, perhaps finally some institutional buying of this dog?
