Yes, Navio merged with Network Computer, Inc (NCI), an affliate of ORCL back in August. See pathfinder.com@@D9uMtgUAjSy2cPmh/net/latest/RB/1997Aug13/498.html and biz.yahoo.com Navio & NCI's technology is focused on the fusing of web-browsing & broadcasting for next generation TVs. The equity interest of NCI is held by Both ORCL & NSCP. Bottom line, if ORCL wants complete ownership of NCI, it doesn't have to purchase NSCP, just NSCP's equity interest in NCI.
