Briefing.com calling for a new high in the NAZ next week Techs pacing Nasdaq to solid gain, though index still shy of record territory... Look for all that to change over next week, however, as continued strength in the resurgent tech sector propels Nasdaq above the 1745 barrier...

I see a SOX break out to the upside soon, and watch the RUT if/when it closes over 454.50, more upside.
