It has nothing to do with insecurity. It has to do with admiration. Those who make it to the "good" programs at Harvard, Stanford, NorthWestern....they are people to be respected.>>

Don't get so defensive... It's an obvious sign that the other person
(which is me) is correct.

I would have to disagree with you here though. I have worked with
many Harvard "graduates" (MBA's, PhD's, etc...) who I feel do not
deserve one once of my respect. But then again I'm probably not
as easily impressed as you by a mere titles and names of Univeristies.

By the way, you forget to mention Duke Univeristy.
