JT; RE:" on wire "
>I envy you that you was "on wire" at Monday. I couldn't establish a net-connection for 2 days, 2 days after I sold a lot of (tech!)-options, and this was expensive - at least 50 until today. You saw me crying in the chapel (yesterday in Luzern)...
It has been exciting, Juri - the ruble afloat, and intervention in the DEM and YEN; the DAX and DOW bounced; big techs, which held up so well during the drop, kinda blew off (up) spectacularly during the bounce. Today the bounce momentum has exhausted itself and, if the market has any "legs", it will have to gut up, reach inside itself and try to run back to DJIA ~8850 / DAX ~5750 by virtue of greed over fear.
Best damn show in town, IMHO. Clinton and Herr G. were anti-climactic as you expected. Connie's out of town, up in Seattle with her grrrl - friends, and will be back this weekend. Time for us to go on vacation, too - I'm as pale as a ghost!
>don't know if I shall enter NOW. However, NORMALLY the "rally" should continue - at least till Dell passes his old hights...
Techstocks ? agreed; not a buying op, really - earnings OK, though, so no reason not to hold core positions. INTC surprised both of us (^_^)
