SILI - good long candidate.

VSH owns about 80% of SILI and wanted to buy 100% with earlier $ 28/share cash bid or stock exchange at good premium to current price. SILI shareholders blocked the buyout and SILI's price took a good drop (doh!).

VSH terminated the cash or stock buyout offer, but said it would think about buying SILI shares on open market instead. VSH wants to take SILI private (no more shareholder meetings, separate SEC filings, etc., to cut costs).

Just don't see SILI going much lower than today's price, when you consider VSH was willing to earlier pay $ 28/share for remaining outstanding shares. VSH unquestionably wants 100% of SILI's stock.
