Go on PriceGrabber and you will see the lowest costing Win XP's are full version (and in small print) OEM versions. What I'm guessing is that they pretend to sell you some hardward to validate the license or maybe they actually throw in some old hardware.

There was one on there yesteryday for about $90 for the full XP.
