Thanks, Jack Sman.

It was only 3 to 4 in favor of the bid yesterday: 21.1k/offer vs 28.8k/bid. Half the volume at the offer was big blocks at 10k total so there were roughly twice as many trades at the bid.

It's hard to figure why the MMs drop the spread on an even day like yesterday. One theory would hold that only someone in the know would buy a 5k block or larger. Yesterday, that money was moving in and almost soaking up all trades at the bid. On the other hand, maybe MMs see Ftelians as the most informed investors of all and that they all have done the necessary DD to be 'in the know'. Read 35k posts in medicine and you could probably be a surgeon. They look at a market like yesterday and figure there's twice as much traffic in the 'southbound lane' and act accordingly. Until about 2pm, there were 4 trades at the offer and 18 trades at the bid and no big blocks traded.
