Hi James - I feel the same way. When I asked how 'moral' was at CLIX and if they were more positive or negative about the future the response I got was..." 'Moral' is very good and... OH I did not realize the stock was down that low!" They were in meetings most of this AM and perhaps the 'people in the know' were discussing related items about the upcomming earnings but nothing was disclosed to me to indicated any negative news. However the stock price shows differently <ug!>.

I guess if anything is negative it is the uncertainty regarding these "accural" one time adjustments and my guess is that they will be negative more so than positive. If they are one time adjustments, the street may look forward with the VTEL merger and discount these adjustments accordingly. The VTEL conversion factor of .46 CLIX to 1 VTEL still shows that CLIX is trading at a discount to the final (August) conversion price.

EKS <anxious to move forward with the merger and consolidate activities to get net positive earnings to the bottom line.>

P.S. James, One of the things I am looking at are the CLIX options for management and what prices they can exercise these options at. If they are high enough, our management has an incentive to get the stock price as high as possible. I was told they are in the 10Q or 10K but I could not locate. It would be interesting to see exactly what price the stock must be inorder for our managemnt to receive a gain if they exercise their stock ('incentive') options. I believe many are at the $7.00 range but our CEO may have some in the $2-$4 range. Please post these if you or anybody else know the exact conversion figure.
