All: somewhat off topic.

I remember hearing a story some time back about Microdyne's IPO, or maybe it was Eagles's. Anyway, it was said that the day of the IPO, a top insider was killed in a car accident in his brand new exotic sports car along with his yacht broker.

Does this ring a bell? Do you know where I could substantiate the story. Or is it a myth?
