Interesting Jim. How do you think the notice may be percieved by the general investing community who has probably no knowledge of what the release is likely addressing? I think it appears negative to the person just following Amati and not yet investing in it. Do you think they will rush to put a buy order in next week? Who knows? Maybe they will think it adds value of some kind. I simply am not as positive about this as others maybe. This disturbs me, as it adds unknown factors about the whole scenario. For instance what if this is a pre-emptory strike about something that may be said in the near future. Nobody has addressed that possibility. I like AMTX and want only the best for all involved. That doesn't mean that I am going to wear blinders. There is a lot of potential here if all the pieces come together. I just can't help from being somewhat cautious about this release, at least in the short term. Have a great weekend, Debra
