Hank,

Glad to hear things are going well and thanks for your welcome.

Sorry you missed the shareholder of record date for voting by only 1 trading day but like Jonathan I feel certain you would be welcome (otherwise we'll sneak you in the back door). J

Maybe 1999 will bring us an Ithaca meeting where we can have that dinner as envisioned. Going to NYC for anything is not one of my favorite things. I think I would rather travel 3 times longer to Ithaca. Holding the meeting at the "Chinese Study Fellows" publicly reinforces the respect Colin Campbell is held in by the Chinese.

Have penciled in attending the annual meeting and hope you can also. The voting can always be handled by mail but the opportunity to meet our new CEO, directors and Colin Campbell is worth the trip. These are the people we trust our money to and when possible I like to meet them personally. Hank, you said you have never meet Colin Campbell and I would like to hear your reaction after you've had the opportunity. I can tell you that after all that has happened if it weren't for Colin Campbell I probably would not be an investor in PRLN. My impression is that he is a man of integrity, ethics and honesty. I'm betting on his ability to succeed. My own intuition tells me that because Colin is so respected is the reason we have the elite talent on the board.

You ask, "will this be our finest hour?" and answer by saying "only time will tell". I would add that in my recollection we have never had a better chance. If it doesn't fly this time I think we are doomed.

Hank, almost forgot. Take a look at your post #3451, aren't you about 8 plus months early? J Seriously, it's good too see you're coming back, after all, misery loves company.

HAGD,
Harold
