NewMedia Magazine has a short article about CUBE's new MPEG-2 codec. It's in the print version, and the article is listed in an index (under Digital Radar), but when you follow the link, there is no article. Hmmm.... The print article says that Cube's "revolutionary new MPEG-2 codec changes the picture completely [with respect to editing MPEG-2]. Soon, MPEG-2 capture and editing systems will compete head-to-head with with M-JPEG and DV boards." newmedia.com
