Perhaps, but if what was reported to Pat was true, then that means they can never release the news otherwise they will get slapped with lawsuits. If what they said to Pat was not true, then it is only fair that investors know that even though it will make some people lose trust in Amati. If Carlini never had the call with Pat (unlikely since she doesn't seem to be dishonest), then Pat should issue an apology to the MF and SI forums. In any case, it doesn't bode well for the stock price.
