Jerry, goto into your quotes plus incoming directory and delete all the files there. The plug-in with 1.x gives many people difficulty. after that try again. If it still fails from a dos prompt run the qp_view specifying specifically one of the files you downloaded. If it processes the problem is in your helper app setup for qp_view if not you may have further problems.... Sean
