good morning,
I sincerely respect the point of view you posted last night in post 3462.
However, I am beginning to suspect...deep down inside, that Shawn has NO inside info on any company.
For instance, not one of the supposed inside events has taken place.
When there HAS been a takeover rumor, it was PUBLIC knowledge, not Shawn's insider knowledge.
Shawn himself NEVER said he in fact had insider info on any company.
And one other thing. It's not his thread anymore. It is SI's thread, and everyone's who posts to it. It has a life of it's own, and if he were to disappear it would continue to roll along.
He did start the thread, but his involvement is so minimal, and others so great, that he merely rides along now, taking command when he wishes. I respect Shawn, but I see no appearant greatness in his stock picks. I do see countless sheep asking him "how high" when he barks "jump".
