Well, I don't think Greenspan has to answer to the stock market when he has the whole economy to consider. I think the rate cut was reasonable, not to mention that I expect the funds rate to be cut by 1/2 next time around. The rate he cut was meant as a signal, not a real "move". Besides, Greenspan has no effect whatsoever on OZON.
