MRU-Blaster Database Update 7/19/2003

per the developer, javacool, this is an install over the top type update...

"although it may be best to shut down the MRU-Blaster Scheduler, if you use it, first."

also, "It can now detect and clear approx. 30,309 MRU items, including (*new*) the Windows "OpenWith" MRUs. Various internal improvements were also made."
