Off Topic --- About the Popes -- Well, Alexander VI's biography was hardly a big secret. You heard about his daughter -- Lucretia Borgia, a charming lady. You recognize I am sure that in an office where cross-dressing is more or less required, there may be some really questionable types from time to time. My all-time papal mom has got to be Marozia, John XI's mom and wife of King Hugh. John was said to be the son of Pope Sergius. Most histories treat Pope Joan as a joke (Nicholas Cheetham, A History of the Popes), doesn't even mention her/him/it, which I think a shame.
