david, the reason i ask is that if it was equal then we know that mu is presently valued at $800 million instead of the current market cap of $4,000 million. that is like selling time shares at full retail and receiving $400k for an $80k condo. ;-) i guess some nutburgers do just that every day, though. ;-)
