In his mind absolutely! In his mind it is an affirmation of his power to be king. In the minds of the public though it will be reminder of his dancing skills we just witnessed and it will be a reminder of the black days in American history.

Narcissist as they age and deteriorate both mentally and physically - their power over the weak dwindles. The ostentatiousness can be dialed back in the future but the ugliness of the grotesque behemoth will be a reminder of when America went off the rails. A reminder of the leader that said fuck you and reminder of the man who spent every waking hour trying to divide Americans. His legacy will not be a stupid ballroom shoved onto the People's house - his legacy will be his divisiveness.
