I was in Home Depot yesterday and after talking to a couple cashiers, I found out that they just implemented Recon-Plus a couple of weeks ago. They said that there were some problems during the first week, but that it appeared that they problems were ironed out and that system was running well.

I asked a cashier what she thought of the new system, she said it was easier to use. Recon-Plus is also used by BlockBuster Video.
