Tomato,

these diamond concessions were spun off into a company now called Diamond Fields International. For each share former DFR shareholders have been holding when INCO took over, they received also one share in the new company.
The new company is preparing to start trading this year. They have done some preliminary tests on the "properties" and seem to like the prospects. However, they will also need to raise more capital.
