Due Dilligence... Read the press release a few times pal...can you help me with this spin? I don't understand who is having the reverse split...Overland or Hudson's Grill...and why would a privately held company, which you and I know nothing about...merge with a NASDAQ stock? Wierd isn't it? Hey....hopefully we will benefit...have to start reading the RB boards for all the hype...:) CoachNez
