So much for my position being "leftwing". Will and I find common ground here. Bush's Iraq policies (or lack tehreof) have created this most recent eruption of violence, as well as all the nasty side effects. Bush's policies do not make us safer, they make us much less safe and much more likely to stay at war for a long-long time without hope of any of it being worth it.
