It seems to me they're accumulating tech shares this past few weeks. I think they're anticipating the IT spending to be picking up later in the year 2001 and into 2002. On the other hand energy sector is taking a dive. Bought a bunch QQQ and telecom stocks and guess just have to hold or pare down my losses. Last Tuesday was shaping up to be a good and those bastards had to ruin it. USA will not give in to those bastards. GO USA!
