well let me put it this way before the merger, CVIA had $500k cash and another 40 million shares that could have been issued at .02 or $800,000, not great but at least a start... now we have 4% of what? yeah and we are to believe the other 46.6 million shares are going to be used for __________ ? ok $200 million projected revenue... hmm with 50 million shares @ a P/E of 10 wow what a deal for a 300 to 1 reverse. They could have brought in Bill Gates and we would be marginally ahead of whatever is planned under these terms. KAA
