Philip, it's an axiom on Wall St. that the amateurs sell in the morning and the pros buy in the afternoon. This mornings big volume tells me that the scared amateurs are taking profits while the big boys step in and accumulate. I was expecting big things from the stock price today, until I realized that the place to accumulate in a bust out situation is in options. The options in Apple were in burst mode today. My broker was laffing, when I commented on the volume. She was trying to get me to buy every bit of my cash balance and help me find good strikes (she knew). Very sweet lady. I would have spent down to the last dime but actually I have one other opportunity that will eclipse Apple dollar wise and I had to save some powder. Make no mistake, I could make more on this other stock but my heart is with Apple and most of my finances are right now. Steven Jobs if your out there, lots of people bought options today, hoping you are going to shake the earth tomorrow. I think you will - I know it! -Bob
