Richard, I asked Bob Gabele about any recent insider activity related to PRLN stock. I asked him on his Insider BB which is available to subscribers ($7.95/month) to the MarketEdge web site. Here is his answer, posted August 30, 1996. "Insiders have been holding on to their shares and it looks good to me thus far. There was a flash of buying, between December of '95 and Feb. of this year at prices between $3.25 on the way down to $1.38. I like the fact that they are holding on. I would become very positive on the issue if I saw some buying at current levels now that the issue has moved up in price from its earlier year lows. None yet though." For those of you unfamiliar with Bob Gabele, he runs CDS Investnet, a leading analysis firm for insider activity to the brokerage industry. In an interview this week on a TV business network he predicted, correctly, that something was up with Boatman's Bankshares (which announced next day their acquisition by NationsBank).
