Didn't MSFT require as part of its deal with AAPL that IE be the "default browser" +/-? How does that square with: "B. Microsoft shall not enter into any License Agreement that by its terms prohibits or restricts the OEM's licensing, sale or distribution of any non-Microsoft Operating System Software product. " Doesn't forcing Netscape's browser into other than the default position restrict its distribution? JMHO. Not intended as legal or investment advice.
