The time to have been going short the market.... ...was the entire month of August after earnings into warnings season and tax selling...funny to see so much controversy of it now . PE's were still much too high given the slow-down & no recovery. I am truely amazed at all the "long" calls I saw during that time ...but it could have been done successfully if you were quick and timed it well. Each to his own, i guess...<g> But why have bothered with warnings coming ? It sure wasn't very comfortable or profitable way to trade at all though. There were much easier ways to trade the market before the tragic disaster befell...in fact mostly one way. Now things have changed much ... good trading... regards Mars
